All sales are final

Most items sold by SneakerHead Heat are one-of-one resale inventory. We do not accept returns or exchanges for fit, change of mind, or preference. Please review the listed size, condition, description, price, and all available photos before purchasing.

Damaged, incorrect, or materially not-as-described orders

If an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or materially differs from the product description, email sneakerheadheat2024@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and the issue.

Approved claims may require the item to be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Do not send an item back without written return instructions. When a claim is approved, SneakerHead Heat will provide the appropriate remedy, which may include a refund of the purchase price and original shipping charge.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
